Flexibility:
The VOC is all about flexibility! You have the flexibility to choose:

• When to attend: Attend live virtually February 17-19, 2023, or attend on-demand anytime between February 17 and June 30, 2023.
• Where to attend: You can view from anywhere you have internet access – at your home, at the lake, at a ski resort, at your office, or all of the above.
• What to attend: Pick and choose from any of the 48 presentations in the VOC to customize the program for what you need.
• How much to attend: You select the credit category that works for you…but when you see more you want to attend (and we know you will!) you can increase it to another level, and we will honor the increased credit discount.
• Credit type: The VOC presentations are accredited for both AOA and AMA category 1 credit. It will work for you, no matter how you are boarded.

Live Virtual Conference:
The live virtual conference will be held February 17-19, 2023. The live virtual conference allows attendees an opportunity to interact with faculty in real time during the presentation. There are three educational tracks for the conference, including Family Medicine (24 Credits), Internal Medicine (16 Credits), and Emergency Medicine (8 Credits). You will be able to attend a maximum of 24 credits during the virtual live dates.

On-Demand:
All 48 presentations will be available for on-demand viewing within two hours after each live presentation concludes. This allows you the opportunity to complete any presentation you may have missed during the live portion and view any of the other presentations on your schedule. To provide attendees the maximum flexibility, the conference will remain available for completion on-demand through midnight on Friday, June 30, 2023.

Credit Options:
Registrants can choose from various credit level categories for this virtual conference in 8-credit increments. You can attend up to 24 credits from February 17 through 19 or earn up to a total of 48 credits on-demand. You choose which presentations to attend. If, after your initial purchase, you would like to increase to a higher credit level category, we will honor the discounted pricing. If you want to purchase additional credit in 8-credit increments, please call MAOPS at (573) 634-3415.

Faculty Interaction:  
Live conference attendees will be able to chat and interact with faculty and other attendees while the presentations are playing. The VOC faculty will pre-record their lectures so they will be able to answer questions in real time throughout the entire presentation. In the on-demand format, attendees will see all comments made during the live presentation and will be able to email questions to content experts. This offers you the maximum flexibility in what CME you take and when you take it.

Registration Deadline:
Registration for the VOC will end on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at midnight. You will have until midnight, Thursday, June 30, 2023, to finish viewing presentations.

Rates:
Member vs. Non-Member Rates – To take advantage of "Member Prices" for this conference as a TOMA member, you must be a Full 2023 Member of TOMA. Membership will be verified. If you pay the member rate and you are not a Full 2023 Member, you will be able to either join TOMA as a Full 2023 Member or you will be required to submit the difference between the member rate you paid and the non-member rate before your CME certificate is made available! 

NOTE: THE MEMBER RATE WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AFTER MIDNIGHT, MARCH 28, 2023!

Cancellations:
The registration fee for cancellations requested through Tuesday, January 17, 2023 will be credited back to the card used for your original purchase, less a $50 administrative fee. No refund will be given for cancellations after January 17, 2023!

Accreditation Statements:
The VOC is co-sponsored by the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (MAOPS), the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon (OPSO), the Georgia Osteopathic Medical Association (GOMA), the Missouri State Medical Association (MSMA), the North Carolina Osteopathic Medical Association (NCOMA), the Ohio Osteopathic Association (OOA), and the Tennessee Osteopathic Medical Association (TOMA). Each of the five osteopathic associations is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. 

The VOC has been designated for a maximum of 48 AOA Category 1-A credits by the VOC sponsors who have authorized MAOPS to report CME and specialty credits to the AOA commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.

MAOPS is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

MAOPS designates this conference for a maximum of 48 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Planning Disclosure:
The VOC Planning Committee has no relevant financial relationships with any organization producing, marketing, reselling, or distributing healthcare goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients relative to the content of these presentations.  

AOA Grievance Policy:
All grievances should be in writing and specify the nature of the grievance. Initially, all grievances should be directed to the MAOPS Executive Director, who will then forward said grievance to the Virtual CME Committee. All grievances will receive an initial written response within 30 days of receipt. If a participant does not receive a satisfactory response, they can submit a complaint in writing to the Council on Continuing Medical Education of the AOA at 142 East Ontario Street, Chicago, IL 60611.
